Blanket Order Release Failing from MRP Message processing

When generating POs from multiple MRP messages and releasing blanket orders there is an issue when there is more than one blanket order for the supplier/item concerned (even when they are not effective at the same time), you get the blanket order release window but the PO produced has either 0 or the standard cost(depending on when the requested date of the order is), ignoring the blanket order cost.

Manually creating purchase orders using the same version of PO entry and blanket order release as called from MRP Messages does not have the same issue.
