several active tasks for one user in Warehouse Control Board

Hi,

Does anyone know how it is possible, that one user can have several active tasks in Warehouse Control Board?

User is an employee in warehouse who is working with tasks through mobile device. So he should have one active task at a time. But he sometimes has even 6 active tasks for 2 different deliveries.

Any suggestions, comments?
