Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Not able to open customer header details

We are on R12.

For existing customers, we are not able to open the customer header detail page. as it gives error.

It works for new customers but not for existing customer header information.

Can anybody guide in this case..
