Siebel Business Application Documentation

With the recent release of the Siebel Innovation Pack 2013 (IP2013), which is delivered through the Siebel CRM version 8.1.1.11 and 8.2.2.4 fix packs, also a new release of the Siebel Bookshelf has been published. This is now specific to the new IP2013 and includes both Siebel CRM version 8.1.1 and 8.2.2 product line’s information.

For customers implementing Siebel CRM versions prior IP2013 (such as Siebel CRM version 8.1.1.10, 8.2.2.3, 8.1.1.9 or 8.2.2.2 and earlier releases) the prior version of the Siebel Bookshelf should be downloaded from OTN. This is now available under the following part numbers / download links also listed on the Siebel Applications Documentation page:
