Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi we are working on R12.

I would like to know

1. How to add new customer site from sales order form. ( bill to, ship to)

2. On Quick sales order form, when we right click and select the customer menu, add customer option shows disable..

how to make it enable..

Ur guidance required.
