Operation Sequence - Routing Number of days for each Operation

Hello Gurus,

I created a BOM, with 2 components in it. I linked these 2 components to 2 different Operation Sequences (Assemble and Test) in the BOM.

I would like to specify that the first Operation Sequence takes 2 days to perform, and the second operation Sequence takes 3 days to perform.

Is there someone who could tell me where is this setup or is it a percentage of the total manufacturing lead time? Is it with Resource and Departments where this setup needs to be performed?

Let me know if you know how to perform this action.

On the attached screen shot, I would like to see the First Unit Start Date as 18-Dec-2013 for the second operation.
