R12.2 Install - Unable to restore backup control file

Hi All, I am installing EBS R12.2 and facing the following error. I found one hit and that's showing that it's because the stage is on NAS filesyste, I don't believe Oracle should be so rigid to have this kind of process for such big release.
Looking for some response.
