Reversing IC WO transaction resulting in fractional decimal error for components

Hi,

We are encountering an issue  with Workorder completion reversal of IC transaction (Superbackflush Partial Complete)

The problem is that sometimes when an IC is backed out of the system (i.e. someone accidentally keys in too many parts and has to go back and correct) the system leaves a portion of a whole unit in stock. For instance if an IC is reversed from 6 pieces and re entered as 5 pieces, the Supply/Demand query will show 4.98 pieces on hand instead of 5. 

Please advise if someone encoutered this issue or if there is a known SAR for this.
