Oracle Ebusiness Java automated suppression during CPU patch for Jan 2014

Hi Oracle team,I'm aware of the change to Java updates, now being with CPU's. 

I've checked but cannot find any documentation to answer this question....
"I need to ensure that automatic updates for Java is suppressed, will the Java release 14th Jan cater for this"?
