"View as a Webpage" Header in CRM On Demand Emails

 All of my emails going out of ODM have a header at the top automatically added that reads "To view this email as a web page, go here."  Currently it is displaying in Spanish for some reason, but has always displayed in English.  The rest of my email text is English.  Two questions:
1. Do I have control of this header?  (can I turn it on/off, change text, etc)
2. Can I change the language?

I have already gone into ODM Admin and only English is checked for my language.
