 Hi,

I am in the process of upgrading R 12.1.3 to R 12.2, Applying R12.AD.C.DELTA.2 Patch 15955263 with adop fails "adop exiting with status = 1"

Patch log shows

AutoPatch error:
Please apply adgrants.sql file in database tier before applying this patch

Before starting apply phase i have already run adgrants as per the patch readme
