Virtualized ODA vlan tagging clarification

 Virtualized ODA deployment ask for vlan creation option within ODA_BASE domain, what is the difference between oakli configure osda_base and oakcli create vlan comman ? Documentation not that clear on this point.My understanding :
with oakcli configure oda_base   how to choose bondX on which configure vlan ?
with oakcli configure vlan , how to assign an vnic to oda_base domain ?

Any input welcome.
