Effective Date Options in Self-Service web-pages

 Hi,

I need to perform the following on the Effective Date Options page that appears as the first step in "Change Job", "Change Hours", "Change Manager" functions in Manager Self-Service after selecting an employee:

1- Add validation on the selected effective date so that only specific dates are allowed, and display an error message otherwise

2- An alternative to the above is to have the effective date be displayed as an LOV populated with the allowed specific dates.

3- Move the Effective Date Options to the end of the workflow (i.e. after the "Change Job", "Change Hours", "Change Manager" page, but before the Review page), so as to decide whether to perform the validation/restriction on the selected effective date based on selections made in the previous page.
