Item master- On hand Quantities

Dear Sir,

Is it possible to  track the Inventory Items with different Revisions with different  Item descriptons  in Item  master as well as On hand quantities.

for Example.

Item Code             Description                     Revision           Available qty in On hand

46571007862 - PCB -Mod No MIL-23456        01                             10

46571007862 - PCB -Mod No MIL-23457         02                            20

46571007862 - PCB -Mod No MIL-23458         03                            30 ..... etc..

If all the above are available in Inventory stock , System shows  under latest revision no Description.
