can R12 customer access to Oracle Unified Method resources?

we are R12 customer, just upgraded from 11i last year . we are using Oracle AIM internally.  since Oracle AIM is expired, we are also looking gradually moving our process to OUM. however, OUM resources are not available for us to download. is there a way for customer to take a look?
somehow i wonder why Oracle only allow their partners to access? if we know OUM, we can manage our vendor better. in fact, there are incident that our vendor use their version of documents and named it as Oracle AIM, kindly of cheating us, but we have expert in house to question them.
