change/hide prompts of some of the fields in 'Create Case: Identify Customer' page.
We are using 'Case Worker'--->'Agent Dashboard' for case (SR) creation. We are searching customer from 'Create Case: Identify Customer' page.
We want to change/hide prompts of some of the fields in this screen.
How to achieve that, as by changing/hiding prompts in 'personalize section' doesn't affect this.
Please guide in this. Also find attched screenshot for this.
