Upgrade 9.3.1.2 to 9.3.3

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade agile plm database from 9.3.1.2 to 9.3.3. I downloaded latest version of AUT 1.7.5.
When i run the aut i'm getting below error, even though all the details in AUT properties file is correct and i had used same details before to upgrade from 9.3.1 to 9.3.1.2.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

BUILD FAILED
\Agile933Install\AUT_1750\AUT\config\aut.xml:96: Destination system Connection details invalid. Pls correct before upgrade can proceed...ORA-01031: insufficient privileges


is this issue with invalid connection details or insufficient privileges ?
