Debrief Status is Unprocessed but materials are issued from stock

Hi,

Although task assignment status was 'Assigned' and Debrief status was 'Unprocessed' , material transactions were created in mtl_material_transactions and it means that stocks have been issued to van stock.

But it shouldn't be. Because weused seeded 'Assigned' task status and nothing should be processed to inventory until task is completed.

Could you please help us related with this issue?
