Error with BIP

Hi All,

I am getting error "could not establish connection" when try to Test Connection in data source. I believe all information correct on screen:

Data Source Name : JDEDA
Driver Type : Other
Database Driver Class: com.jdedwards.jdbc.driver.JDBCDriver
Connection String : jdbc:oracle:enterpriseone://JPY811;CDSC=1;TDSC=1;UDSC=1
