Excel Spreadsheet returns no values for reports run in Report Manager; PDF's appear okay

I have checked the following profiles

BNE Upload Staging Directory - this is set properly to /tmp

FSG: Enable Search Optimization - this is set properly to yes

I have also checked my Excel defaults including the number of worksheets

We have been running Report Manager with no problem since our upgrade to R12 September of 2012.  We did apply several patches last weekend (financial patching advised by Oracle) and report manager worked fine after all the patches were applied (Sunday-Tuesday).  Report Manager just appeard to have stopped working yesterday (Wednesday 11/27)

This is not working for any user on our system that we are aware of - appears to NOT be user specific.  Also, I can confirm it is not an excel setting or IE setting as I can run in our test instance with success.
