Oracle apps R12 rollback Plan

Hello all,
I'll appreciate your ideas regarding the following situation.

We need to understand the recovery plan our production Oracle R12 system.

System details:

1- We are running Oracle Financials only on our current system.
Infrastructure details for Financials :

Database is EBSPRD and 2 node RAC & 5 application nodes with unified appl top on shared file system:

Database Node 1 amdc-finsysdb-ux01
Database Node 2 amdc-finsysdb-ux02
Application Node 1 amdc-finsysapp-ux01
Application Node 2 amdc-finsysapp-ux02
Application Node 3 amdc-finsysapp-ux03
Application Node 4 amdc-finsysapp-ux04
Application Node 5 amdc-finsysapp-ux05

2- We are planning to migrate HRMS module and also adding infrastructure (adding 3 application nodes) in current system for HRMS module.
Apps node 6 ,7 & 8 for HRMS.
