Update in F0911 using P4314 in accounts with P E = 'M'

Dear Community,
Users are able to update in to accounts with P E code 'M' using P4314 application. For all other applications like P0911, P0411, P03B2002 it is working fine.

Please suggest us how to rectify this.

Our JDE version is 8.11 SP1
