What is the maximum file size that can be loaded from a OAF page

What is the maximum file size that can be loaded from a OAF page. I have a simple page which will have a browse which lets you browse the files and then upload those. Upload happens with the help of a Upload button.

When I browse and upload, I am planning to use a .zip file whose size would vary from 60MB to 80MB. Is there any restriction on the file size for upload or this can be uploaded.

Please share your views.
