Interactive job to change database users password using Grid Control

 Dear all,
I have some questions for you this BlackFriday:

- Can I use a OEM Grid Control 11g (or Cloud Control 12c) to submit a scheduled job across all targets to change database users password?

- If yes, is there a way to do it interactively and self-service fashion? I mean, that a given user could change their own password by entering new password on screen ...

- If yes to the first question, how job log works? I mean, will I get a OK/KO regarding the whole job execution or will I get a OK/KO per each target's execution?
