OpenUI for eService

 Hello,
I am trying to get OpenUI to work on eService.
We are on 8.2.2.3 and we have Public Sector working ok with OpenUI, but when trying to enable it for eService, I get a start page like in the attached file.

I have set HighAvailability = true and EnableOpenUI = true for the PSeServiceObjMgr_enu.
What am I missing?
