Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How To Show Subledger Details in the Journal Line Description Instead of 'Journal Import Created'

Hello Team,

I have this problem since and has not yet been resolved. I had confirmed that my "journal enrty summarization" is set to "No summarization".

Also i checked my SLA journal entry setup (journal line types and journal definition) and everything seems ok.

Please help find out what i'm missing out as each time i enquire from the GL, i have journal import created in my line description.
