ZFS for Oracle DB

Hi,
Any one here is using ZFS for Oracle DB's.

All our enterprise Oracle DB's are running on ZFS. We have been frequently noticing performance issues ( DB backups going slow). As and when we have issue, we migrate the datafiles to a new zpool and eveything is back to normal. After couple of months, again there  is a performance drops.

We are following the ZFS best practices (Record size matching DB Block size, ZIL  is on SSD etc).. but still this so called fragmentation has become a worry.  

If any one here is using ZFS for Oracle DB's, please share your experience.
