Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Split line/Order Update/Order cancel

When i try to split line or update order line or cancel order line in r12.1.3 am getting the below error message

You are not allowed to split Order Line.

ORA-01403: No data found in package OE_SCHEUDLE_UTIL Procedure split scheudling
