In econfig screen how to display Product Name in color or bold

In our application we have some special products in system and we want to display that products in some specail color or Bold in ecofig Screen.

In Administation-Product--> Product screen we are differneciating products based on characatreris like below

Name(field)   Special(field)
Product  A              FALSE
Product  B               TRUE
Product  C              FALSE
Product  D              TURE

we want to display Product B and Product D in ecofig screen with differnet color or may be bold.

As a qucik solution for this to bring that Special field in econfig template and display along with product.But Client looking instead of new field in template is there any chance to display in different color.
