Problem to load inicital Siebel screen

Hello.

I had the problem below when I tried to connect to Siebel. It´s happened in 2 machines until now.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
After to connect in Siebel CRM the screen doesn´t show anything. I have the following error in the IE8 browser:
