What is to be done in OVM Manager before formatting a OVM Server

Hi All,
I have IBM Blade Server HX5 where I have OV Server 3.1.1. This server is dom0-db1. Now I have OVM manger in a different server. Where under server pool1 this particular dom0-db1 is there. Under dom0-db1 I have two VMs db1 and db2. db1 and db2 are in my storage volume.

Now I need to format my OV Server dom0-db1 as it is not booting (root partition is corrupted, in rescue mode I am not able to run fschk or e2fsck) . If I format this OV Server then, How to add dom0-db1 back to Server Pool1 and to add its VMs db1 and db2 .
