MONTH END: Pending Receiving Trx stuck with Running Status

Hi Gurus,

I had a transactions where user unable to receive the receipt which is showing error "you cannot over receive an inter-organizational shipment." The corresponding transaction got stuck in Transaction status summary with no error but it is running status with Pending Transaction Status. Processing mode is 'Batch'.

Any help on this would be high appreciated.
