Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Select the root directory of the required rapid install disk Error

Hello,
OS is Oracle Linux  5 Update 6 and APPS version is 12.1.1

 EBS 12.1.1 installtion, the stage creation was successful and as best of my knowledge I have selected the permission properly as well, but it again and again prompts for the same message as  "Select the root directory of the required rapid install ", First I tried to run the Installer with the Root user and encountered the same error, and then tried to run the same withe Oracle User which has permissions on the DB node, but still having the same error.

In the log file I can see the Platform mismatch error,  could this be the reason for this error?  But I am sure that I have Oracle Linux 64 Bit and  during the installation I am also selected the Linux 64 Bit .
