Customer Interface Program erroring out with ORA-01732: data manipulation operation not legal on thi

 Hi,

When we are running customer interface program in R12.1.3 instance , the Customer Interface Sub Request is spawned from the "Customer Interface Master Conc Program" and the program is completing in Error with the below error message.
