Inventory Position setup

In Inventory Module there is Menu called Inventory Position to Build Inventory position. For this we need to enter the Build Criteria details.

In our place I could able to view list of values of Inventory Organization in "Hierarchy Origin" filed. But the next field called "Hierarchy" is mandatory and the list of values not having value to enter. Please let me know is there any setup document is available.
