Hi,

Product release / version is R12.1.3

What is the best procedure / Practice to move 'ON HAND QTY' of Locator-Controlled items from one Locator to another Locator within same Sub-Inventory?

What we know and use is:
Miscellaneous Transactions; Issue (any option for example  'Account Alias' )
and Receipts (same option -  'Account Alais'). That can be done either using 'Macro' or 'Material Transaction' Interface.

In the above processing, each item-qty is processed twice (issue and receipt).

Is there some other alternate technique to do the above job in an easier , faster and better way?

Little background is:
The user has setup new inventory store at a new location. Designed Stock Locators in a different way, labelled those as well. Now want to move stock from old-locator.old-locatoin to new-locator.new-location for each item.

Howdy, Stranger!
