Oracle eBusiness - CRM.

Hi,

 

Anybody from community member can update about the Future of Oracle CRM. Will it be obsolete after Fusion CRM..?? I believe many of the community members are from Oracle Corporation, They should have the  detail knowledge about the Future Road map for Oracle CRM.

 

In fusion CRM only sales & Marketing Part has been released , Still Service part is not released. It will be great if someone can post in details about the Oracle CRM future.
