Unable to bring up CRS on slave node

Hi Team,
Need your help to bring up CRS in slave node. ( Ours is a 2 node RAC and CRS on master node is up and running fine )

[grid@oraplayers01 ~]$ crsctl check cluster -all
**************************************************************
oraplayers01:
CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services
CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online
CRS-4533: Event Manager is online
**************************************************************
oraplayers02:
CRS-4537: Cluster Ready Services is online
CRS-4529: Cluster Synchronization Services is online
CRS-4533: Event Manager is online
**************************************************************


From the crd logs currently - oraplayers02 is the master node.
