Automatic concurrent request termination for a certain time

 Dear All,
I want to ask something about concurrent request in oracle EBS.
Can we set or configure a concurrent request / report that will be terminated by itself when hit a certain time (e.g Report run more than 3 hours will be automatically terminated) ?
There is a oracle EBS standard program for this configuration?
