asradm send test works, but heartbeat fails

Hi
From a Solaris 11 Asset connected to a Solaris 10 ASR Manager

send test works.

# asradm send test hofstetter@jomasoft.ch
# echo $?
0

But send heartbeat fails. What could be wrong?

# asradm send heartbeat
failed to send message (Phone Home Error: OK)
# echo $?
255
