different warehouse for PTO Options

Hi,

We have  PTO Model consisting of several options.  few of them are manufactured and shipped from USA, The rest ar shipped from Holland.

It seems that setting the default  shipping organization  at item level is not considered when lines ae exploded from configurator.

the system insists to assign the model warehouse rather than defaulting it from the item.

any idea how to overcome this?

it makes much sense that ato options inherit the warehouse from the ATO model, however, in PTO model we could pick and ship from different warehouse, we do nt want the users to update the warehouse manually as they do not always know what warhouse to put.
