iReceivables Setup White Paper Anyone?

We have external customers and want to give them iReceivables to view their account on-line.We don't want to buy a user license for these customers.
How do we setup these customers in the system so that they can logon and view their account?
I reviewed the iReceivables setups, and it seems we would need a user license the way it tells you to set it up.
