How to enable option menu "view requisition" on Receipts FORM

 Hi,
I cant enable option menu "view requisition"  on Transactions->Receiving->Receipt Form.

Option menu is in tools->view requisition actually the options is disabled.

How can I enable this options?. or when this options is enable on process recepit .

Please your help.
