cannot set use-nvramrc? to true

Dears 

Kindly help me with this issue in T4-1 server, Every time I try to set  use-nvramrc? to true it returns the following warning:

WARNING: Error storing configuration variable. No space left, check SP and other logs 

Configuration variable setting will not persist after a reset or power cycle

use-nvramrc? =  true

Or trying to reset to default:

{0} ok set-defaults

WARNING: Unable to update list of configuration variables. No space left, check SP and other logs

Setting configuration variables to default values.
