We are planing upgrade our oracle server hardware. The current Oracle 11gR2 two nodes RAC is on oracle Linux. We also have Oracle application server 10g on Oracle linux facing upgrade both software to weblogic and hardware.

I'm look for suggestion on choosing hardware and operation systems.
