Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

View requests by application

Hi,
Could you let me know if there is a way to view all requests by all users within an application?  We have it setup so it can be done by responsibility but have a request to set it up by application now.  I've read through Metalink and cannot find anything that quite answers this question.  Does anyone know if this can be done?
