Budgetary Controls - Encumbrance Accounting

Hi ;

We have configure the Purchasing module for Requisition and PO Encumbrance.  The requisitions are approved and the funds reserved from the budget.  However we are unable to submit for approval the associated PO which were autocreated from the requsitions.  We are faced with Budgetary exceptions and the PO status in not updated from INCOMPLETE.

Budgetary Exception:

Budgetary Control has encountered XLA accounting errors: Related BC Accounting Missing for Event id: 1175182 Event Type Code: PO_PA_ALL Distribution Id: 456447 Related Application Id: 201 Related Entity Code: REQUISITION Related Source identifier Num 1: 169389 Related Distribution Type: PO_REQ_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL Related Distribution Identifier Num 1: 456447
