Projects Transactions not transferred to Reporting ledger after upgrade to 12.1.3

We have recently updated from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3.

GL configuration consists of Prmary ledger (GBP) and reporting Ledger (USD).  SInce upgrading from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 transactions are only being created in the primary ledger and not the reporting ledger. GL Accounting Setup Manager configuration has not been changed.

Has anyone else experienced this issue.
