Inter Org Project Transfer with Not project enabled organization

  Hi, 
We have to transfer inventory from one organization that is project enabled to another that is NOT project enabled.

The inventory is assigned to a project in the locator.

Is it possible to transfer the inventory from one oranization with project and task to another organizatoin where the locator has not the project and task?
