Converted Opportunity

Good day, Experts!

I am having difficulty in creating a WF that would assign a book to a converted Opportunity; wheras when a new opportunity record is saved (not from a lead record), the workflow seems to be working fine. To illustrate further, see below:

1. New Opportunity Record --> book sync working propoerly

2. Converted Opportunity --> book sync NOT working

I am wondering why the second case is not reading my workflow since both are new opportunity record.
